Choosing a Committee

As a new Member, one of the most important decisions you'll make is which of our four Strategic Committees (Pipeline, Talent Development, Partnerships & Teams, and Benchmark) to join. Chaired by volunteers, these committees are the engine of LCLD, driving our forward momentum through practical, real-world application of the principles we stand for as an organization.
