Talent Development

Led by Greg Jordan and Geoff Kelly, the Talent Development committee finds, nurtures, and inspires the most promising young lawyers in LCLD’s Member firms, setting a diverse team of Fellows on a fast track to leadership through mentoring, training, and enriched professional experiences. Launched in March 2011, the Fellows program teaches more than a hundred young lawyers every year how to make the most of their careers, ultimately diversifying the leadership of the U.S. legal profession.
