Benchmark

In the past, efforts to diversify the leadership of American law firms and corporate legal departments were measured mainly by anecdotal evidence and the presence of good intentions. Led by Tim Mayopoulos, the Benchmark committee is dedicated to holding the profession accountable for the diversity of its leadership. This committee is developing new ways to survey the US legal landscape, analyze trends, and measure LCLD’s progress towards achieving higher levels of diversity and inclusion within the leadership of the profession.
